1. Data Controller

2. Data Collected

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• IP Address — collected automatically on each request for rate limiting and security logging. Expires within 24 hours.
• Text content — the text you submit for processing is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic/Claude) and is not stored on our servers after the response is returned.
• Payment data — processed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card data.
• Email — provided voluntarily at purchase, used for order confirmation and service communication.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

• Contract execution (Art. 7º, V LGPD): processing payments, delivering Pro access, and providing the contracted service.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 7º, IX LGPD): preventing abuse, ensuring system security, and rate limiting by IP.

4. Data Retention

• IP rate-limit records: expire automatically within 24 hours.
• Usage counters (Redis/KV): expire within 24 hours (daily quota reset).
• Customer email and Pro status: retained while the subscription is active. Deleted upon request.
• Submitted text: not stored after the AI response is delivered.

5. Third-Party Processors

Your data may be shared with the following processors, only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI text processing (text submitted for tools). Anthropic's zero-data-retention API is used where available.
• Upstash (Redis) — rate limit counters and Pro status storage.
• Vercel — hosting and network infrastructure.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Your Rights (LGPD, Art. 18)

You have the right to:

• Confirm whether your data is being processed
• Access your personal data
• Correct incomplete or outdated data
• Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data
• Request data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Cookies and Tracking

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use only technical session data (IP address) for rate limiting and security. No data is shared with advertising platforms.

8. Security

We enforce HTTPS on all connections, store rate-limit data in encrypted Upstash Redis, and restrict access via API keys. In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, we will notify the ANPD and affected users as required by LGPD.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available at this URL with the date of last update. Material changes will be communicated by email where applicable.
